  • What are the shipping costs?
    We offer free shipping for all orders within the UK. Please note that we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and do not offer international shipping.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    The total delivery time is typically 2–4 working days from the moment you place your order. This includes:

    • Processing Time: 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 17:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time, London) on a working day will start processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next working day.
    • Shipping Time: 1–2 working days via DHL (Monday to Friday).

    We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible while ensuring smooth processing and shipping.

  • Can I return or exchange a purchased product?
    Yes, you can return or exchange any product within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, kindly visit our Start a Return or Exchange page for detailed instructions.
  • What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
    If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at info@lampdeluxe.uk. Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and your order number in your email. Once we’ve assessed the issue, we’ll send you a free DHL return label, if required. You can choose to receive either a replacement product or a full refund. We strive to respond to all emails within 24 hours.
  • How can I track the status of my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace email at the email address you provided during checkout. This email will contain all the necessary details to track your delivery. You can also track your order directly on our website via our Track Your Order page.
